Ok here is the Tashreeh.

Nakhcheer-e-muhabbat ka, Qissa nahiN toolani
Lutf-e-Khalish-e-PaikaN, Aasoodgiye Fitrak.

Actually Allama is telling us that, the story of a person, who fell prey to the love, or to the lover, is not a long one. Its a simple story.

And then he goes on and explain, how actually is it a simple one. She say that when you are being hunted by your lover there are two good things that happen to you.

First you get hit by the PaikaN, ( NazroN ke teer) and to Allama there is a pleasure in it. In being hunted by the spears that the lover througs on you from her/his eyes. (Lutf-e-khalish-e-paikaN)

And then after that you are hunted then there is the enjoyable life in the cutody of your hunter. i-e. in his/her hunt sack. (Asoodgiye Fitrak)

Is it clear?

Jab aap shikar hotay haiN. iss maiN do mazay haiN, teer lagnay maiN bhi lutf hai, aur Fitrak maiN paRay rehnay maiN bhi asoodgi hai.
