I have a lot of time to kill in the coming weeks. Would like to watch some good English Comedy movies. Please suggest some titles.
P.S : I have seen the following, so do not bother mentioning them :
ANALYZE THIS
ANALYZE THAT
A FISH CALLED WANDA
MY COUSIN VINNY
ALL THE JIM CARREY MOVIES
LIFE STINKS
AIRPLANE!
THE FULL MONTY
ALL THE EDDIE MURPHY MOVIES
GOD MUST BE CRAZY
WHAT WOMEN WANT
PRIMARY COLORS
Naked Gun is simply the best....( one of the best situational comedies me has seen)
I can suggest Revenge of the Nerds ( you can skip 2 &3 of the series)
earlier movies like Romancing the Stone , Gods must be crazy ( this series is again pure unadulterated humor) Dirty Rotten Scoundrels.. and if u want some desi humor - u can go for 'The Party' ( Peter Sellers imitated a Desi more than a Desi)
But I am talking of a bygone era..new ones are crap ( seriously)
also along with Life Stinks, you might wanna watch the real Mel Brooks' classics like
Blazing Saddles, Young Frankenstein and Spaceballs.
a few more
National Lampoon's Animal House
When Harry Met Sally
The Freshman
Four Weddings and a Funeral
This is Spinal Tap
Best in Show
Theres Something About Mary
Meet the Parents
An oldie by Steve Martin and John Candy (late) called "Planes, Trains and Automobiles". Holidays are the best time to watch this particular movie. Absolutely hilarious!.

bingo. Great film. Can't go far wrong with a Steve Martin film. Chevy Chase is good in National Lampoon's Vacation the first one.

My Brother brought this movie a few weeks ago and it was absoultly Hillarious! At first I didn't wanna watch it as I thought its an old movie, won't be good...but once you start watching it...you'll love it!
*Nothing beats Monty Python. British comedy is so much more exquisite than the stupid South Park/Adam Sandler(and many more) humor we bear everyday in the good old USA. Really. People, That Is All.*
