Re: Please, spare us from your PDA!

What don’t you understand STA ?

A kiss on the cheek is as far as I will allow ! That is a 10 in my book. Alright ? :emmy:

Re: Please, spare us from your PDA!

ok. i said i was kidding. :mirch:

Re: Please, spare us from your PDA!

Isn’t that a bit extreme. How about looking the other way, assuming the she’s married to the guy she’s PDA-ing with. If she ain’t married to the guy she’s with, then it’s not PDA that’s actually pissing you off.

Re: Please, spare us from your PDA!

STA, didn't see it. Sorry. And why are you throwing water on me. Didn't you see the smiling face ? I am not angry. :)

Re: Please, spare us from your PDA!

If she’s hugging her husband, then what’s the problem?

I don’t think excessive PDA (making out, groping) is appropriate but if the couple is holding hands or the guy has his arm around her, that shouldn’t be an issue. People see a lot more in movies.

Re: Please, spare us from your PDA!

tl;dr.. haven't read all the comments..

Generally PDA is considering ill-mannered in Asian countries. You won't see couples kissing or holding hands here god even hugs are a rare thing!
Personally I don't mind what some other couple does since its their business and what am I going to do throw a hissyfit because they are being all mushy? No, I'm not that immature and selfish.

Regarding PDA for myself well I wouldn't kiss in public, generally don't hug unless the other person wants to but I'll probably hold my husbands hand or even sit close to him (obviously not on him)...
Oh and if somebody complained about how I was or stared at me I would tell them off. I have no patience for people staring even if its weird for a couple that doesn't look normal together and speaking in two and half languages.

Re: Please, spare us from your PDA!

i was holding my husband's hand in my susraal's village. It was my first time wearing a full burqa, and i was having difficulty walking on the cobbled streets. Somehow word got back to my MIL to tell me that holding hands was too much!
