Yes, they can only be eaten fresh. The corners also do not always turn out perfect b/c it is very hard to get the atta smooth. However, I use a mixer so it makes perfect dough even without oil. Also, I find that it is easier to handle dough if you let it sit for a little while.

I just put it in the oven… I made some today to try and they were sooo crispy and good!! Except for the color, nothing was different between the baked ones and the fried.
