May Allah swt reward everyone of you for taking time out to pray for us.
The transplanted kidney worked for 14 hours and then her body rejected it. Please continue to keep us in your dua's.

I am so sorry to hear that. But this is a rare occurance in modern day transplantation. Was it rejection or some other issue, like clotting of the vessel.
