I prefer Translation of Shakir follow by Muhsin and Hilali. Just googleyou would be able to get it.
YOusuf Ali is good but its mostly shakepeare type of English, and Picktal the other one which are famous

Personal advice: Read atleast 3 translations if you really want to get closest meaning... AND It's always better to learn the language itself in order to properly comprehend.

For searching Quran, you can try this Search engine with multiple translations (I think it has 10 translations currently).

After changing the translator, click ‘Search’ again and translation with a different translator will show up.

This is a very good place to learn. For Urdu or English speakers. They have many lessons and many resources.

Let me give you just one indication …

There are six words in the Qur’an …

Huwa, Hum, Anta, Antum, Ana, Nahnu

Meaning He, Them, You (male), You lot, Me, Us

There are about 80,000 words in the Qur’an only 2000 of them are unique. These six are of the most repeated words, so by learning them first you will be well on your way.
