well i read that Lakshmi was born on the day devoted to the celebration of the four-armed Hindu deity Vishnu. rite ?
just wondering when according to hindu Beliefs ,** she could be a born again yoke of one of their gods so why not treat her as one** , offer her bounties and make her feel like a goddess !
If it is not normal to be with extra limbs , one has to get operated to be normal , what about most of the "Gods" that they worship today ?

Thats a superstition.. only uneducated people in villages believe in that.
I dont think gods can reincarnate anymore ...
