So what proof you require? Some one should write you on a bond paper. It is an open fact that US gave food, medicines and other aid in millions while Taliban were in power. Google it. Prove otherwise what you say or silence is golden instead of throwing cheap shots.
You are the one making claim of millions of dollars in support of a government which they didn't recognize, so onus is on you to provide proof, there are tens of websites which can put any theory you subscribe to so that isn't going to cut it.

Does it say in US constitution that they can not provide the aid it does not recognize? Who was providing aid to Contras against Nicragua by selling banned arms to Iran? Wasn’t OBL and other jehadi outfits getting aid from Sam during Russian-Afghanistan war? Wasn’t Taliban’s government recognized by Pakistan, UAE and SA (a superb ally of US)? Wasn’t Taliban had Ambassador in Pakistan during NS and Musharraf rules? Who are getting aid in Libya against Qadafi? what you write is now “khasiani billi khamba nochay”

Keep a side your sarcacism, here is another link to prove what I said earlier. This was also published in Los Agenles Times. Sam also provided food and medicines to Taliban government in the nineties.

and this is bit more informative than previous one and I can say it as possibility. now going back to your statement “getting maximum aid from SAM”, what does $43million get you? its not even considered as peanuts and that too was to fight against “drugs” which Taliban were doing successfully.
