I want to know why does it take so much of time for Admin to activiate an account which has been submitted for modification? I just changed my email address and for that, I have been disabled for the last 3 days.
Due to being disabled, I was not able to post directly in Feedback Forum and I had to use Pakistan FAQs which does not require registration for posting.
Why must the administration see all the details of a user to activate an account? It seems to be a proceedure of CIA before recruiting a new employee!
It’s bureaucratic attitude which points to the fact that the Gupshup understands that participation in this forum should not be as easy as it used to be. Neither current users nor new-comers should have a hassle-free modification/entry into Gupshup. In short, the bureaucracy of Gupshup no longer wants it to be a user-friendly forum!
I'm able to sign in, but that's all. I can not do anything at all after signing in. Morever, I received an email from Gupshup for password change whereas I had not made any attempt or request for password change. Still stuck :(
