uffff I am seriously going to go crazy… I have looked at 20 30 grills in last 3 days and I can’t decide which one to buy!! I have already made a mistake of buying fazool si charcoal grill which was total money waste cause it only burns food from outside. I need a decent grill and a decent price - I prefer under $250..
Pehle I was confused whether to buy charcoal or gas grill but now I finally decided to go with gas grill - now I need experts advice which brand/style to buy?

Grill and Charcoal selection is a minor issue all you need to know is how to adapt your cooking and preparation on different types of grills.
A sure sign of burning from outside is too much heat, this too much heat comes from either the coal being too near the meat, the meat being put on to the grill too early or not turning the meat around quickly enough ... The briquettes will take longer to start up, but will burn longer and more uniformly - i.e. less ash ... The wood charcoal will light quickly, burning strong for a short while, but then go cold very quickly, these should be fanned to keep the ash from forming and to keep them hotter longer ... but they do get used up quite quickly ...
There are too many factors to consider ... show us a picture of the grill you have and I'll try to give you pointers on how to use that particular one ... it make be that you don't need a new grill, just need to know how to use the one you have ...
Also detail what sort of food you intend to cook - Grill or skewer, etc ...

Totally depends on your budget. you can get decent grill from $99 to 1000s

Psyah - thanks for explaining that in detail - I think the coal we are using is the wood coal because I remember as a kid in pak...coal wasn't supposed to go off like that. I'll look into buying different one now.
Rahi baat grill ki tu it's some $50 cheap grill that I picked up in a hurry when I had naya naya josh for grilling but it cooled off quickly when I saw the end result lol. The grill is small, unfriendly and looks...cheap - I definitely need to get a new one and perhaps gas grill this time. If I wanna try with coal sometime, I'll still have this.
My budget as I mentioned is preferably under $250 and I live in Atlanta. Please jaldi batayen koi acha sa brand – maybe Kenmore or char-boil? I need to buy it ASAP. Thank you :)

Just get anything from Walmart for $250. I will work find for 5-6-7 years ....
