I need your help. I need to loose 10 kg in 10 months. My sister is getting married after a year.
My height is 5.3 and my weight is 64 kg. I eat healty but still I do not loose weight.
I do not have time for exercise because right now i am doing my internship.
This is what I eat normally:
breakfast:
two slice of brown bread with jam + doodh patti
Snack:
one apple or any other fruits
Lunch:
one sandwich (with salad and cheese)
Snack:
one apple or any other fruits
Dinner:
one roti with salan
And once a week I have rice for dinner
I'm finding it hard to believe that's all you eat or it's that healthy. I think the food log thing people were doing was a good idea. Why not keep an accurate and real one for a week, including portion sizes i.e how many sandwiches consisting of what? how much roti? etc etc
increase fluid intake water, green smoothies, juice, protein shakes etc n lots of green veggies. this flush out toxics n fat. also use more fibres n proteins. eat more raw than cooked food. cooked food only onc a day.if u hav treadmill just 10 mins running on treadmill n the diet will help u loose. slowly u can increase ur cardio time n add some weight lifting.
