thank you very much ...unfortunatley all i know that it was written some time in 50s or 60s and maududi's book was a rebuttel to it .....there might be some bookstores in karachi who have a copy ...interestingly it is not [as far as i know] on the haqchaaryaar website despite its obvious propoganda value there

see this author (if we change its spelling of the word Ahmed to Ahmad) have 2 books in my uni library.
n this book "Haqiqat-i khilafat o mulukiyat" seem more close to material u r looking for which is as u can see also published during 60z in KHI.
so if its not this one then i think u do have some different spellings. do make sure its spelling is right one.

this dude is calling yazid by the title hazrat. wonder which viewpoint hes writing it from caz both shia's and sunnis revere hazrat imaam hussain and despise yazid for torturing and killing the grandson of the Holy Prophet(pbuh) along with other family members.

I am depending on other people as i couldnt find a single copy in ANY bookstore that i know of in north america .....i cant visit pakistan right now that is why requesting if someone can help me with it

I agree totally, but all such literature needs to be read and dissected so that it never can be used to spread propoganda ...simply ignoring it we will play right into the hands of these authors who always claim to represent a very revisionist version of history.
I will elaborate a bit more as this is important, every now and then extremists from both sides come up with outrageous claims and the orthodox /mainstream authorities ignore them for a while instead of countering them right away the result is that these beliefs are not effectively countered and become a part of mainstream.
Amongst shias same thing happened with additions to azan and ritual cursing of the shaikhyan which became popular around time of the safavids.Even though before that these things were considered extremists beliefs even by shia ulema.
Same thing unfortunately is happening in sunnis with literature of nawasib being popularized under the pretence of puritin islam.Where ALi & his sons/supporters are presented in a very negative light and legitamacy of his caliphate is being questioned.
Shah Jee put a great link , many misconceptions will eradicate. not went through whole, Page no. 44 is interesting about Abuzar Ghaffari(ra) that his teachings could not be applied practically and against the Quran and Sunnah. So Muavia(ra) rightly sent him to Usman("ra) from Syria . This is the major false blame put on Usman(ra) for degrading Abuzar(ra) but writer put it well.
Another is muavia(ra) himself used to tabbara on ali(ra) , most of sunnis including myself beieve that muavia(ra) did not himself do that. Allah knows best. He is sahabi, so i cannot dare to say anything more. Allah is the best Judge.

one more thing , page 124 (the written on text of urdu book) , first 5 lines. Shah Ismail Shaheed said..all those shias who do Tabbara on sahabs, they follow Muavia(ra) and all those sunnis who dont do tabbarra of anybody , follow Ali(ra) , ceratainly Nasibi dont come in line as they do tabbarra of Ali(ra)
Page 144-136 : It was Ziyad and Marvan who used to give shameful tabbara with dirty words on Ali(ra) but Mughira(ra) and Muavia(ra) never went to that extent and Ali(ra) in reply never did any Tabbarra on muavia(ra) except at one time said some harsh words but never did any Tabbara

Muavia( ra) seems to be doing Baghawat against the elected caliph Ali(ra), killed many of his followers , some governors , looted property and ummah's consensus over that Ali(ra) was on haq , thast quite true, few scholars take it as Ijtihaadi mistake, but writer mentions some incidents about Dia'at of non muslim to muslim, cursing Ali(ra), Khutba while sitting as Biddat started by Muavia(ra) so its not right to take Muavia(ra) as Mujjtahid to accept his ijtihadi mistake but some scholars also consider the murderers of usman(ra) in Ali(ra) army without any punishment but Ummah's consensus is that he was neither involve nor supporter of this martyrdom , he wanted Qasaas when his caliphate established but at Jamal, the murderers of Usman at night of Jamal , turned the table
Killed Hujr bin Adi(ra) who used to raise voice against Ali(ra) in Kufa and Ziyaad caught him. One thing needs clarification, after Hassan Muavia peace pact, raisng voive against Muavia(ra) is questionable as now he was , by any mean, ruler of the islamic world. in Kufa people used to gather at his home but when trial came only few people left with him, as usual you can expect from Ahle Kufa !
There was no strict justice over Governors, in Egypt the Aamil was made just that he forced Abdullah ibne Umr bin Ala's, a very pious sahabi, to forcefully give his hand in muavia(ra) hand

Marvan's shameless character in tabarra over Ali(ra) and even cursing Hassan(ra) as donkey(Naozobillah)
Muavia(ra) very wrong decision of appointing Yazeed which bad character was visible to everyone, with plea to unite muslims after his death , though they divided

Both sides have 1400 years claims, battles, arguments, go to ansar or answering ansar, tons of materials.Allah is the best Judge, quoting Hassan Basri , the things upon which Sahabas agree, we accept that and upon which they differ, we remain silent as we were not present at time so cannot be responsible for anything happened at that time.
