how can a woman divorce her husband whom she has not had any relationship for 4 years?? please reply thankyou and also give evdince by quran and hadeeth thnx
She should seek advice from a local scholar or imam on obtaining khul (dissolution of marriage) from her husband...
"Divorce may be (pronounced) twice, then keep (them) in good fellowship or let (them) go with kindness; and it is not lawful for you to take any part of what you have given them, unless both fear that they cannot keep within the limits of Allah; then if you fear that they cannot keep within the limits of Allah, there is no blame on them for what she gives up to become free thereby. These are the limits of Allah, so do not exceed them and whoever exceeds the limits of Allah these it is that are the unjust." (Qur'an 2:229)
ok no replys yet this aint for me but a friend. ok here goes..she got married 4 years ago she told him its better to get to know each other. he went and did jaddo taweez on her, the taweez was to make the wife like him. how can u force someone to like you?? the guy that did the jadoo wanted more money so he made sure that the wife hated her husband by putting a bad tweez the husband went back to the guy and gave more money to make the wife like him. but becuase of this the wife dont want to seee him ever again they havent had any relationship for four years and she took him to the court. but now she is worried that if she gets married again the ex husband will turn around and say hey we still married in islam!!!
They followed what the Shayâtin (devils) gave out (falsely of the magic) in the lifetime of Sulaimân (Solomon). Sulaimân did not disbelieve, but the Shayâtin (devils) disbelieved, teaching men magic and such things that came down at Babylon to the two angels, Hârût and Mârût, but neither of these two (angels) taught anyone (such things) till they had said, "We are only for trial, so disbelieve not (by learning this magic from us)." may allah destroy all those who use magic to cause discord between husband and wife and send them to the deepest pits of fire. and the husband deserves that his wife hates him for trying to use magic.
i m not aalim so cant pass judgement on the main issue, but thats what i had in mind when i read the post. only increased my hatred of the magicians and those who seek help from them.

Once a court awards "Khula"(divorce) to a female it is done,and then woman can marry another man.
Pardon me but u seem to be unamiliar with very basic Islamic laws,so does ur friend and the question shows as if she has not asked anyone,not even a lawyer,or a moulvi.
my mate had annualment divorce which indicates that although they were married there was no reltionship between them which means they were not husband and wife. yes i know islam law, but she is worried that they are not divorced in islam annulement is the only thing she did,you no going in the court. but shes worried cause there were no witnesses thats the problem please help!
