WOW, these so called designers don’t know how important their e-reputation and word of mouth is. His e-mail is pretty rude. Thanx for the heads up cause i’m definitely never ordering from them, EVER. Or letting my friends order from there. This is so frustrating

Do customers in pakistan have any rights? I swear these kinda stories are a dime a dozen and many girls just get ripped off, nothing is done to kinda meet midway and barely satisfy a customer and it's just a risk everyone has to take when placing orders. at the same time here that would never happen...do they have a small claims kind of court system there?

Yeah, the other day i was watching " Hasb-e-haal" on Duniya TV and they were talking about existence of a consumer court in Pakistan.
They even have a website. They say even though there is only one judge and they work in a small room but some people do get justice,
and they talked about a few cases, which were quite interesting.
However, when my previous home owner was being as asshole and i had to bear nuqsaan of a huge amount, i went to their website
and filled the complaint form and submitted all the supporting documents.
To date, no one contacted me, didn;t even get any reply of my email :( But maybe going to their office makes a difference.

You know of all the designers on GS/facebook, you still decided to go with her, and not only that, AFTER you had bad service from her you STILL placed an order for 21 suits and spent thousands of dollars. Do you really think you have absolutely no fault and no responsibility in this?

ermmmmm it all sounds a bit odd to me, why would u purchase so many suits in one go from a person who ruined your suits in the first place!
Can u post the pics of the suits u ordered? I've seen her FB page, to be honest i havent ordered from her but her outfits seem pretty good.
Its a real shame if you have got ripped off but instead of posting the same message in countless threads why dont u show us the pictures of the outfits u were promised and pics of the outfits in reality.
Here on GS, i think we area fair bunch of people and hate to see people getting ripped off but at the same time if this isnt the case, i thinks its pretty awful to be bad mouthing a designer without actually sharing or showing everybody the proof and evidence of her work!

I advise people not to give their business to these glorafied darzees whose only skill is copying designs and paying some bloke peanuts to stitch it.

When I was in Pakistan--I did come across a dumbass who wrecked an outfit and turned out SHE had been paying someone else to do it (well that's what she said). But that's not the case any more, there are so many decent and talented home based designers in Pakistan who provide excellent service to ppl living overseas for reasonable prices.

a-original design
b-work done professionally
c-customer service at an acceptable level
d- sensible price for the quality/material/design
very few where all 4 things check out.
I am happy that as a dude, I dont have to deal with shady 'designers' with shoddy products. I am much happier with desi clothes where I picked the fabric, took it to a tailor, showed him mu sketches, and had him make it for me, and while using a tailor in US was expensive, I had much more control on quality, delivery timetable etc.

When you weren't entirely happy in the first place you should not have ordered any more suits from her. A lesson learnt for all: Do not trust people over the internet. If you have family members back home ask them to help you out instead or if possible buy them yourselves ( by personally going there).
Please post pictures of your clothes so we can see.

Oh God...this is a complete disaster. I am so sorry to see ur dresses being destroyed by her. I dont know how ppl can place their orders online with such disreputable designers. Actually everyone should know about her disastrous work so that they can stay away from her clothes. Iam shocked!!!!
