I can understand if you do not care where it shows up (and can deal with it) but if you are so worried about being quoted, just do not post the pic. Do you think that 123423423423426546456 people who browse the public sites/forum will honor your request?
beside the people who are browsing the site/forum, its likely that your pictures are also indexed by Google (and other search engines) and can show up in search. So if you care about your pictures being circulated on the web, share it in PRIVATE blogs to the people you trust

Really does not matter. It can be any site/search engine
The one I came across is not some site that I go to or have it in bookmarks. Actually my wife was searching for some dress styles (EID Alert) and this thing came up in searches where some of the pictures were discussed in no-so-decent way. She being active silent browser was able to identify few pictures from GS.
