i dont think you should be getting emails from anyone through GS. if you are, there is a problem.
whenever someone sends me a message i get a email with that msg

Change the settings:
Click Settings --> Account Settings
Look for Messaging & Notifications and Receive Email.
Uncheck all three boxes there:
- receive email from admins
- receive email for other users
- receive friend request

Again for emails generated when someone send you a private message:
Click Settings --> Account Settings
look for Private Messaging and check and uncheck the button accordingly.

Yes it is possible. You can do it yourself too

Go to settings
On the left panel, find " edit email/password" option and click.
Third option from top will let you change your email address.

You can replace your email but this wannabe person will still be able to send you emails. 
I’m leaving this note here just so other trolls can take note too. You posted a complaint about GS admins abusing Christians and Hindus and spreading hatred. This was a very serious allegation so I asked you to post all the details or PM me but you didn’t. I then reached out to you personally and again asked you to send me the details in case you forgot. I also reminded you that throwing around false accusations will result in a warning. And this is your reaction. You still haven’t PMed me any details whatsoever and on top of that you just want to run off and have your account deleted. I’m issuing you a warning for this little smear attempt of yours.
