Please could someone who's a doctor on here, help decipher my blood test results

I recently was seen by a hospital specialist as i had a small lump on side of my neck. Doctor ran some blood work by and im due for a scan and then go see him again in 8 weeks. I received a copy of the results by post but need a little help understanding it. I’m in the UK. Thought i post on here to get quicker response before my next appointment. Am abit worried as to what my results mean, I will need an injection for my anaemia too. I’m already on levothyroxine and following a gluten free diet, this is my third solid week trying to stick to it, it’s been very very difficult and I feel all alone going through with it, as rest of my family are normal. I Tried googling regarding my results, but haven’t come across anything that’s helpful. If you can help me, Hopefully i will have a clear idea and have some questions ready for my next visit.

Blood results : Hb 93/l, WBC 6.28 x 10/l, Neutrophils 2.65 x 10/l, Platelets 262 x 10 /l

Here’s their diagnosis : hypothyroidism, iron deficiency anaemia, reactive lymph nodes in the neck, coeliac disease.

Treatment recommended : levothyroxine 100mcg , ferinject injection, gluten free diet and. Ultrasound scans for the neck.

Why can't you just speak to your own doctor? I'm in the UK too - you should be able to ring them and ask to speak to your doctor re your blood test results. Dr usually rings back within a certain time period, and you can then ask what it means.

May Allah grant you good health
