Dr. Abbas @ Habib Medical (karimabad) if you can't afford South City/AKUH.. he performed surgery on three younger brothers of mine .. No complaints, they all recovered very well Alhamdolillah..
Btw I guess Inam Pal @ AKUH could also do.. He did laparotomy for perforated peptic ulcer on me... and i was very pleased with my experience with him
