The question is ladies and gents should Person A:
1. Tell the one he wishes to be with about the other two - ( he should tell about them if you see its required. otherwise marry the one u like and Allah Allah kher salla.)
2. Tell the other two he is marrying someone else - (yes tell them. so they know and do not built any hopes with you.)
3. Stay friends with the other two - ( this is really not required if these two have already developed some soft corner for you. If not, even then friendship is not much needed. coz they are after all from opposite sex which can be a prob tomorrow if not today.)
