They say it’s haraam and all the lottery winners end up messed up in the end.
I used to participate at work because of the stupid pool they have at work
because nobody wants to be the only loser left behind if the group ever wins (yeah right!).
But now, I am sick and tired of it so I have decided that that’s enough.
Besides how many people actually win. It’s such a waste of money.
I told my colleagues that if they ever win, they have to promise to give me good hand-outs.

Infact, I am very lucky in such cases like if i go for lucky draws or such random things around, I definitely win.. So I thought y not to play it but I had it somewhere in my mind that its haram. Would anyone tell me how is it haram??

I think it's haraam because it's a form of jooaa.

Any form of speculation is Joova, the underlying philosophy of making money out of money is forbidden in Islam and joova is one of it.

No, I really understand what both of you are trying to explain. Ofcourse, I would never want to play Juvwa 
& because I have never played it, so I dont know how to play it too
