So what are your views on the Human Genome project? Do you see the fact that we now know which genes do what, is infact a benefit to society and humanity so that we can remove certain unwanted genes? Or that we can now find better donors for patients in need for organs etc.

There are many advantages. For one, this could lead to a cure for presently uncurable genetic diseases like diabetes, cystic fibrosis and other disorders. Germs and bacteria arent the only things responisble for diseases.
