Not always.. a girl with a AA or A-cup chest can have practical problems filling out clothes and at the other extreme those naturally v.heavy on top will often have back problems as a result..
And imo girls who have surgery for aesthetic reasons are no more insecure than most others.. u only have to look in F&B on this forum to see all the threads on ‘how can I look more fair’ or desi brides using foundation 4 shades too pale.. Just because cosmetic surgery isn’t so common in our culture doesn’t mean those who do it are any more ‘insecure’ than the average girl,just they are doing something to (often) permanently fix what it is that’s bothering them..
