How is Plastic Surgery for purely cosmetic reasons viewed in Islam?

I can't quote anything for you sorry. But can I give my opinion? It's our choice. Things like vanity, materialism and worldly preoccupation are looked down upon in Islam. But if someone has a deformity or something that physically is holding them back they can have it fixed. But if a woman wants to tighten her face, enlarge her bust, and lipo her thighs that's getting a little vain. In the end we all answer to Allah but He's given us choice to make our own decisions based on our own circumstances.

Thanks Saima- The reason i asked is i heard some where that on the day of judgement each part of our body will be questioned on its acts seperately. That is why some people say we should not be organ donors either. SO i was wondering ...
