Started thinking of the issue of using plastic plates after reading the thread about plastic/ glass baby bottles. We have a plastic dinner set that we use which my mum got from pakistan. She got it cause she can’t lift heavy plates and corelle/Corning sets aren’t available around here.
But we have all got used to using it n I especially use it because of the kids. But what are the issues/dangers of using plastic plates? I have heard you shouldn’t eat using them or heat food in them. I wouldn’t heat up food in them, I use glass plates in microwave.
