Plastic Surgery also called cosmetic surgery has been very popular among celebrities across the world, but now a days many of our Pakistani celebs are going under the knife to improve their looks and look younger. There are many actresses and even actors in Pakistan who have had some sort of Plastic surgery. The most popular procedure among Pakistani actresses is nose job or face lift.

Nadia Hussain looks awful. She looked way better before. She didn't need plastic surgery to begin with but now she looks plasticky and yucky. I saw on one show she does Botox implants in her salon. Disgusting .....mashallah Allah has given great looks to many stars and the makeup artist do a great job. There are younger and younger entering the industry each day so gone are the days when a 40 yr old can play a school or college girl.
As far as male stars ...Adnan siddiqui still gets bachelor roles Bc therent enough season male actors or they aren't well connected.
Ever green Nauman Ijaz appeared as the male lead opposite Atiqa Odho in 1992 NTM Serial Dasht & 1993 Ptv Serial Nijat.Now Atiqa Odho is doing motherly roles of full grown children and he is still appearing as hero.Surprisingly he played the love interest of Saba Hameed in Ptv Lahore Serial Pat Jhar and in drama Karz aired by ARY last year,Saba Hameed played his mother :halo:
The truth is of course many women age faster and they give birth etc.
In the realm of show biz: there aren't as many great male actors like nauman Aijaz and Adnan siddiqui. Fawad khan is truly promising but looks like he wants to ship to India. These days it's seems like there are so many many new fresh and beautiful actresses. A profession in showbiz is widely becoming acceptable. so it don't have 40 year heroines.

Back when i graduated from grad school and was waiting for visa stuff to come through, I started a blog called plasticdesis where i did before and after comparisons of celebs. Salman khan hair transplant pix, before, during treatment, and after, saif ali khan very high resolution pix of his forehead before and after botox and mini face lift, aamir khan (mini face lift), shabana azmi (everything under the sun), saroj khan (eye brown lift, botox), kangana ranut (blepharoplasty, collagen injections), hima malini daughter (lip injections), anushka sharma (lip injections, nose job, brow lift), preeti zinta (jaw line work, upper eye lid blephroplasty, brow lift, COCAINE/heroine :p), kareen/katrina (dont recall but i believe eye lid work, lips), SRI DEVVVVVVVI, oye hoye hoye- found an unbelieveable old picture of her with her gigantic nose. she's had multiple revision nose jobs.
anyhoos I no longer had the time or patience to maintain the site which was prone to a lot of hack attacks. restored the website multiple times but finally gave up and didn't renew my hosting. It was decently profitable since i got good hits every month. i probably should have saved all my posts somewhere but kiss kay pass itna time! i think my youtube channel is still up and has 3/4 videos.
