Chief Engineer

We require a high caliber, innovative and result-oriented professional for the position of Plant Manager with demonstrable track record and entrepreneurial capabilities.
Principle responsibilities of the job will be:
To plan, organize and monitor manufacturing operations in accordance with the prescribed quality standards and stock requirements;
To plan and ensure optimum utilization of human and technical resources;
Ensure compliance with the requirements of CGMP, Industrial Safety, Occupational Health and Environment Control;
Training and development of the staff;
Devise and implement production and technology strategies.
The candidate should be a Ph.D./Master in Pharmacy or Pharmaceutical Chemistry with minimum 10 years of relevant experience with a multinational pharmaceutical company, out of which at least 4 years as Plant Manager. Aged below 45 years, he must have strong analytical and communication skills. The incumbent should be self-starter and computer literate.
