Planning a wedding anniversary party Karachi Please help

I don’t know if this is the right forum for this topic or not but thought this was most appropriate.
I am throwing my parents an anniversary party. I want to know how to go about it. I live in the US and will be going to Karachi 5 days before the party so I was needing someone to take care of everything before I get there. Can someone please guide me where and how to start this process. Who to talk to, numbers, email address or anything that would help. Details are as follows

January 5th 2011- Wednesday
50-75 people
Budget- 65,000- 80,000

right now im planing everything with my sister watt we wana do, where and how..

how many sister brothers are you? i will mostly say do it of ur self xD u will get all the credits for doing such a great anniversary party (^^)

where is the party going to take place in karachi and watt u wana do? which anniversary is it? 1st, 2nd, 3rd.???
