Planning a little brunch

Re: Planning a little brunch

Mini quiches are a classy appetizer. Don’t move to the main course.

You don’t have to do sliders. You know the kids of your guests well. If you think they will be fine with matar chawal…then don’t add or change anything. I’m not that into chawal. I don’t even eat pulao/khichri/chanay walay chawal, etc. I was like that as a kid too…so again I’m just speaking from my own experience. I just thought kids would gravitate more toward a hamburger…or an easy-to-make past dish like spaghetti/mac n cheese, etc. I don’t know if hamburgers/sliders would become either time-consuming/messy to assemble/or more of a hassle in terms of ingredients.

And, yes, I think that the menu is sufficient to fulfill lunch cravings…because you have included items that contain fiber (fruit/smoothies, etc) and protein (meat/cheese dishes) that fill people up.
