…question. i havent taken a plane ride for 3 years now and i will be end of this year.. and ive heard all about how they’ve gone so strict with things that you can carry in your handbag. like i guess with someone’s smart stunt with hiding pot (or maybe it ws a bomb detonator of sorts) in lipgloss tubes or compacts..
so question, will i be allowed to carry my basic makeup in my bag, or they’ll just trash it? b/c then id rather put in my suitcase as opposed to not be able to take it with me!

You can take any solid make-up with you without any problem. Any liquid make up must be in bottles smaller than 3 oz bottle size. For more information on what you can and cannot take with you, visit the following website. And of course you can check in any size greater than 3oz.
behnjee as long as the containers individually weigh 3oz or less you should be okay carrying them in your handbag, just make sure you have them in a transparent bag/ziplock and when you pass your bags on the conveyor belt place that transparent bag seperatly on the belt, out of your bag. They have transparent ziplocks at the airports too available in the area where you get in line for the security checks if you forget.
