Fencing because people of Tribal Areas came with Pakistan on their terms and this is against those terms which Quaid agreed with them and if you will force it than it will create more trouble

Do they support groups of 50-100 insurgents coming over from the Afghan side and killing them? A lot has changed during the past 10 years.
