The USA, a road trip would be nice. Every f1 venue, during the race weekend. The Nurburgring, with a car. The Autobahn again with a proper car, what does it really mean when they say no speed limit :D.

Northern Areas of Pakistan is always on my list.

I dun think i can see the whole of North in all my life and only then i can visit other countries of the World

Some of the places of the North where I would really love to go are:

1.Concordia K2 Base Camp
2.Karambar Lake A trek along with Wakkhan Corridor
3.Snow Lake The trek along the largest glaciers outside Polar region ie 122 KM
4.Nanga Parbat Base Camp
5.Deosai Plains

Chacha jee ki kiya baat thi .....I met him once and asked about his adventures he told me that Snow lake was the toughest one he ever did

I have been to fairy meadows but didnt went to Base camp but i want to go again to Fairy meadows and this time go to the Base camp too

Haan jee zarur Wakhan is one the best and the dangerous treks.

tao-but, is a the entrance into upper neelam if you are coming from astore/deosai... then from there you descend towards "kel" and walk alongside LoC

i've been to fairy meadows too, ALHAMDULILLAH also went upto base camp which is after "biyal camp". but now base camp has moved further away and up... never went there, and i dont think will ever be able to go : (

wakhan ab kafi ez hogya hay, a guy in chitral told us his brother is working in wakhan area and now you can do more than 80% of that trek in horses/ ponies

Hain Base camp aur agay hogaya :smack: I went in 2005 to meadows…Isnt the biyal camp on the other side of Nanga parbat ie the rupal side of it :confused:

But horses per woh maza nhe ata …I love trekking on foot kyunki agar giray to kam az kam itna pta hon ke apni galti ki wajah se maray gaye lol :cb:

i went there in 2007. and no, byal camp is on fairy meadows side. its the next stop from meadows towards nangaparbat, we stayed 2 nights in byal camp. hamray guid nay btaya tha k jisko log “base camp” kehtay hain is side par, its no more base camp, pehlay kisi zamanay main hota tha. and by the way our guide was same old “shakoor lala” of chacha ji’s fairy meadows trip

talking about horses, you are right its double the risk, i’ve seen two such cases. hamaray group main aik uncle ghoray par thay, ghora slip huwa, uncle neechay, aur ghora unkay ooper : D wo to shukar hay k khaaii wali side par nahi slip huwa warna dono khaaii main hotay. another case was when coming back from aansoo lake, ghora snow main dhass gya upto knees!

Oh i see yeah ek to wahan per guides bhut chawlain marte hai.......Misguide krte hai bhut......Wow the same shakoor lala cool....I have almost every book of Chacha jee's adventures of North Areas........

Chacha jee ne bhe kafi wakhan trek ghoray per he beth kar kiya tha .......Chacha jee 50 ki age mein snow lake ja skte hai to hum bhe ja skte hai phr....
Last year i tried Ansoo lake couldnt reach it was lost half away in the mountains and have to get back lol

bhai wo 50 main bhee shaid humsay zyada fit hongay : D the body shape and stamina you own after sitting in front of computer all day is not something a trekker likes to have. atleast mera to yehe scene hay aapka nahi pta. baat to sach hay magar baat hay ruswaii ki

it took us more than 6 hours to reach aansoo lake!

talking about guides and their guidance, aapko unka wo mashoor fiqra to shaid yaad hee hoga "bas naal e ay" aur wo "naal" kabhi khatam hee nahi hota
