Don't know about Shopping Mall or Darzis. But you should definitely plan to have dinner at Monal Restaurant which is at Pir Sohawa. Make sure you book your table before driving up the mountain, especially if you go on a weekend.

Islamabad you can go to Super Market, Jinnah Super, F-10 and F 11 Markaz. There might be others that I don’t know about
Rawalpindi you can go to Saddar, Commercial Market, Rabi Center (and adjacent plazas)
a more specific answer can be provided if you tell what you’d be shopping for.
