A friend got her makeup done at chanel,
itwas amazingggg. She had to obviously purchase something of 50 dollars or more for it, but i thought it was worth it, since she got an amazing lipgloss that is sooo nice on the lips (totally not sticky, and it gives that ‘oh so lipicisous plump lips’ look lol)
Before she was considering FACES, and i remember she got it there before, and it was like..a bit drag queenish makeup err (i hope she doesnt read this)
So, what places do you recommend.
Now that i do have you here, whats a good coverup brand, i have areas where its super dry, so id say i have combination skin. I also break out a lot so i think i shud get mineral based makeup. Chanel isnt mineral based, but i was so close to purchasing there luminate coverup - it gave wicked coverage – but im sure it was clogging the pores.
Any recommendations?

Is your skin type rather oily?
If a foundation is making you break out, others will likely as well. All foundations are mineral based, as they all contain titanium dioxide. If you're talking about mica based foundations, those are found in powders.
Do you need light, medium, or full coverage? Those are things to take into consideration.
Light= powder
Medium= liquid
Full= Creme
Where are you located? A sephora counter wouldn't be a bad choice, but don't let them use sephora products on you. The best one's are Makeupforever and Urban Decay.

Bare Mineral is great, its soo light you can even sleep in it! Get the introductory Box, it comes with a CD showing you how to use it!

In Dubai, Mushkbar Beauty Salon is the best place from where to get your make-up done. They have a high standard appeal and use the well quality products for their services. Don't believe those losers who say Mushkbar cakes up. Mushkbar Beauty Salon has a really well standard and if you request them do your make up simpler, then they will.
I have lived in Dubai for the past 16 years and mushkbar has always been my number one priority beauty parlor. No matter how many new salons opened up like deplix,rachna and all, I still loved Mushkbar.
