Placentophagia (the process of eating the placenta) is commonplace in a lot of cultures, however, as a lot of doctors have concurred, it is usually animal that eat the placenta for nourishment; humans who are already well nourished do not need to eat it as there is no benefit and tbh no reason to do it.
PS: Try snail gel cream, apparently it works wonders
