There is a place in northern sindh which is cold during summer like Ziarat, Balochistan. does any1 know the name?

I think u are misunderstanding it. i am still not very sure so ll check again.

i have read about this in a newspaper but i have forgotten the name. it is a place very similar to Sibbi (one of the hottest places on earth) and close by you have Ziarat (a hill resort). similarly, Jackobabad is closeby to this place and it is rather colder even during summer.
Jacobabad is rather colder during summer? Nahi baba... I don't think so. Its supposed to be a very very hot place. El Neno notwithstanding. :)
