Leicester Square, London, Pizza Hut booth, sprinkle of parmesan and a chilli flakes, eaten outside on the bench with my friend, followed by 3 scoops of haagen daz ice-cream (strawberry, chocolate, mango) with chipped cream and strawberry coulis. MMMMMMMMMMMMMMMmmmmm!

Now come'on, back to the topic, Pizza not ice-cream.

What do ppl think of the authentic Italian thin crust fresh dough clay oven baked pizzas?

I had one in a restaurant next to Harrods, it was AWFUL, soggy in the centre and it only had tomatoes and mozarella, nothing else, apparently thats the topping authentic pizza should have, as well as basil.

I also ordered a vegetarian pizza in Geneva, thinking that it would have peppers and sweetcorn etc on it. It came with CAULIFLOWER, BROCCOLLI and DICED POTATO topping!!! How odd, just shows u how different the world is.

well i think we have gotten so used to the variations of the actual pizza that we do not really like the authentic one. i have tried the napolitan pizza and well i kind of found it bland because i have gotten so used to the spicy or tasty pizza sauce :)
