i like ALL of the following toppings on a single pizza…loaded with toppings is the best pizza for me.

hot peppers, red onions, green peppers, tomatoes, green N black olives N feta cheese

for me olives are must, we had a pizza from California pizza kitchen it had mango chutney in it n was awsum

My favorite right now is thincrust (more of a flatbread type) with carmelized onion, thinly sliced pear, arugula and blue cheese crumbles :yummy:

If you really want some protein, you can add chicken to it, but I like it without any meat. California Pizza Kitchen has a pear + gorgonzola on their menu…and I Cheesecake Factory has it as an appetizer too.

roasted red peppers, grilled zucchini, black olives, artichokes, caramelized onions, spinach, feta cheese, red onions, hot peppers, off course grilled chicken strips, and anchovies are fav topping in our lil family.

I love tomato sauce, so I prefer more of that to cheese. Have yet to try New York pizza. The last time I went there my dad insisted on the halal gyro cart instead and it wasn’t all that. I love Chicago-style pizza too.

I like mango chutney, so I think I’m going to try the pizza from CPK. Usually I get their roasted veg sandwich w/soup or the four cheese ravioli.

^ off topic. Near China Town in DC, there is a redvelvet diner. Walked past it about a year ago on way to Chinatown.

Have a frnd whose pizza toppings are fruit cocktail cheese and pizza sauce

I was a pizza topping lover until i tried NY style plain cheese…i’m a believer now. Funny thing is i’m from Chicago - love deep-dish pizza…so whenever anyone brings up NY-style vs Chicago…i secretly vote NY lol. =P I still enjoy different combinations of toppings…but NY style, plain cheese is just the best, IMO.

^What exactly is the difference b/w New York style pizza and the rest? Is there actually a difference in the taste of the ingredients or is it a difference in texture of the dough/bread?

The dough is the main difference…it’s crispy on the edges, but has this chewy saltiness…idk how to explain, it’s not bready like ur avrg pizza or crispy like a cracker (i know some places take thin crust seriously)…but it has a very unique flavor. Super delicious, def try and find a place that does NY style pizza…it’s deeeelish!

yeah i had pizza from CPK but not this mango one i had the chicken and veg one the most i love the bread/ dough it is really yummy and unique

Tandoori chicken, mushroom, olives, peppers and jalapenos.. with loads of tomato sauce.

In Sweden they use curry sauce for a base and sliced banana on top with tandoori chicken - kind of weird but it’s not too bad.
