pineapples, jalapenos, chicken, sometimes I use hotdogs in it too.

pineapple? Or maybe some other fruit that can go well with savoury items like pears, green apples? Cranberries?
Or vary the type of mushrooms, cheese, sauce, etc. Maybe use herbs like watercress, tarragon, or something. It doesn't have to be something entirely different...but a variation in the same family of ingredients.

Not different but I love meatballs, mushrooms + feta cheese..

Not too different either but I love using white sauce, then topping it with chicken/tomatoes/green onions/zuccihni/marinated artichokes/mushrooms/ etc… (if you like garlic I suggest that too!)
