with that definition its sacriligious to associate most things parading as pizzas to the authentic italian pizza..and your chains are included in that.
btw why do ppl forget about sicilian style pizza when thinking authentic italian pizza, its not all tuscan and neapolitan ya know

I feel guilty eating pizza so I try to keep the accompaniments as simple as possible and healthy.
A really nice salad and water...no pop.

I know , I know , you can use them both ways.
Beauty of desi cooking.
The other day I made filly cheese steaks sandwich and guess what I used for sauce, very thick left over qorma gravy. .
Yum , yum , try it sometime. Begum was skeptical in the beginning then when she took one bite off of mine she put some on hers too.
