Anyone here tried them? Its a Target brand and looks amazinggggg!
Re: Pixi...the brand
what does it mean if it's a target brand? and are you talking about the brand pixi by petra? If so one of the boot's ladies sold me a primer and tinted moisturiser which are a bit rubbish tbh considering i paid ALOT! if i use the primer and tinted moisturiser together my skin looks abit oily and 'over dewy'. the primer has visible glittery bits if you look closely at your face. and the moisturise isnt all that covering! basically i feel like lobbing it at the girl that sold me it! on the day it looked fab and in a photo my skin looked amazing but i cant seem to get that anymore :( think i need to give it another try properly considering how much i paid!
Re: Pixi...the brand
yeh the pixi brand sold here (if it's the same one) doesn't seem too popular. you always see their items super cheap around christmas time.

Its sold at Target stores here...sorry I should have been clear. Why do I assume everyone lives in Chicago? LOL
I just saw it today and was a bit intrigued because the prices are NOT at all comparable to Maybelline or Loreal but it was sitting right next to them. Their powder compact was for $30! A $30 compact at Target? Since when? Anyway, I tested a few of their eyeliner pencils and they were extremely smooth, soft and stayed put.
I am wondering if anyone actually uses anything from their line here and if its worth the department store price tag? I get my MAC powder for the same price!
Re: Pixi...the brand
Its definitely NOT worth the price tag. My tinted moisturiser was more expensive than my MAC tinted moisturiser and they dont even compare. My MAC one provides coverage really well considering it's just a tint and not a foundation. the pixi one comes with this weird concealer on top which looks quite cool but it's not a liquid concealer which I don't like plus it doesn't work. The coverage for the tinted moisturiser isn't tht great unless I think if I apply loads on but then it makes my skin a bit darker. The primer which the lady sold me on wasnt too amazing but I've not had any experience when it comes to primers but I do know I dont like the glittery sheen it gave me. ALTHOUGH saying all this I liked the packaging LOL and if the dewyness was a little bit controlled I'd wear it. BUT like I said I need to try it out again. Lol I know this review is quite similar to what I've just said above!
Re: Pixi...the brand
Also I'm really annoyed tht I brought this now because I could have just brought a MAC face product or two with the stupid price I paid! Oh but actually I got a free gift set with it which had this lip felt tip thing and a highlighter/eyeshadow. I love the lip blush even though it's a felt tip but it gives this amazing matte colour and looks like I've got nothing on my lips!
Re: Pixi...the brand
yes i have used cleansing milk from pixi, it was great
