Salam everyone: When I run a desi/Paki DVD, I see pixelization on my 40" LCD TV?
US movies run OK. Why is this happening? Help please !

That is because those desi DVD's are probably very low resolution copies.

Tofibaba: I thought so too. I got these at Radiocity (Parktower, Karachi), thinking these may be better than other stores but I was so wrong :( Paid Rs 150 instead of 100 too for each DVD. Thanks for the reply.

they may be highly compressed.. when I buy, i ask them to pop it in their player and show me the quality before i hand them the cash..

I dont buy movies from paklands anymore. Just software :D

:biggthumb Try to run Indian DVD, you can get original DVD copy in same quality just in Rs. 150

This time try to get DVD from India.. here’s the address Palika Baazar, Connaught place, New Delhi - 110001 just say my name there and get duplicate copy of high resolution DVD… :woho:
