What is the Urdu word for pity? And how would you say I pity you?

ummmm there are many words :@:

like... **REHAM.... TARAS... HAMDARDI...

**but it depends on us where were are using it naa :@:

like haye mujhe tum par taras aaraha hai... or most commonly used line... mujhe tumse/aapse humdardi hai

or mein tum per koi REHAM nahi karunga .. ya mujh per REHAM karo

"mujhe tum pe taras aataa hai" = i pity you!
