Re: Pistachio Chicken from Qrius' kitchen

can someone invite me to try this out? if i cook it myself it will end up to be something none of you can imagine (even i can't imagine) ..

Re: Pistachio Chicken from Qrius' kitchen

opps lazy_daisy, that pistachio is 6 oz..i wrote down 2 oz by mistake..i don't know what i was thinking.

Afia, sure :-)

Lusi: if you making black pepper powder fresh it might be strong..but the one from market isn't that strong and if you think that 1 tsp is strong for you..you can always minimize it and change the recipe according to your family's need :-)

ahmadjee: :-)

Ansoon: maybe, you can give this recipe to some one in your family and they can cook it for you.

Re: Pistachio Chicken from Qrius' kitchen

Sounds interesting , will try it out for sure.

Ansoon...i'll Fedx you some!

Re: Pistachio Chicken from Qrius' kitchen

What did you serve this with Qrius? With rice or naans?

Re: Pistachio Chicken from Qrius' kitchen

first promise you will eat it

Re: Pistachio Chicken from Qrius' kitchen

belle, thanks.

Shahreen, with roti mainly...but my family members love eating rice with each meal..so we use curries and daal with rice as well. You can serve it with naan as well as rice.

Also, if you dry the curry..you can use the chicken to make pita pockets as well with salad etc.
