Peshawari Karahi Gosht
Ingredients
· Mutton ½ kg
· Onion (large sliced) 1
· Green chillies chopped 6
· Oil ½ cup
· Tomatoes chopped 250 gm
· Coriander powder 1 tsp heaped
· Salt 1 tsp
· Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp heaped
· chilli powder 2 tsp heaped
· Turmeric ¼ tsp
· Black cumin seeds ¼ tsp
· Black pepper ½ tsp
· All spice ½ tsp
· Coriander leaves 2 tbsp
· Yogurt 2 tbsp
Cooking Directions
- In a pan, heat up oil.
- Add meat, tomatoes, salt, chilli powder, ginger garlic paste, onion and cook on medium heat till meat nearly tender.
- Then add coriander powder, turmeric, black pepper powder, black cumin seeds, all spice and cook for 10 minutes.
- Now add yogurt, green chillies and fry well.
- Lastly add chopped coriander leaves.
