How much should one spend on this phone? Given the fact that they only want it for the colour?
Is it a limited edition phone or will it be available in September when my contract is up?
I can get one for about a ton, is that worth it?

u can buy these pink thingies for 130 pounds right now in shops (just bought one for me sister). look around and u might a get lucky. i doubt it will b available in Sep cause 1) it is a limited edition 2) mobiles have a six month shelf life.
Ofcourse one can buy it second hand or from the net even if they do stop selling them in shops. One thing will b for sure kay it will b farily inexpensive then. :)

Faisal, the phone that I have now is almost 3 years old, I only brought it as it lights up with multicolours when someone calls me. I am quite superficial over the few materialist things that I own. I need this pink V3 as it matchs my pink Mini. Surely, you understand the sleep deprivation now?

P..s why is there "0%" next to my name thing? Its at the bottom. I also have 5 little pale pink cubes and the "0%" is in brackets. This Gupshup is too new and confusing for a poor little lass like myself.

well in canada you can get the unlocked ones ranging from $200-to-$550. To tell you the truth Razrs are all the same regarless of their color with the exception of V3i and V3x. Since Razrs are not as flexible as panasonic or nokia when it comes to replacing the face-plates, it costs more to get the hard shell replaced to a different color.

life is short, and this is only a few hundred quid for something u want and will be carrying around a lot. I say go get it..
there may be other things.."better" things in 6 months... but then u will be debating whether to get them then or wait another 6 months..and what do u carry for the six months, and everytime u see someone with a pink or magenta razr u would be thinking, oh man i should have bought it..
its a small indulgence..but why the hell not.. ya know

Pir Sahib, I have only just today told the dealer that I cannot buy the phone. The thing is, I really love the phone that I have right now and could not hurt it's feelings by buying a new one just because I like the colour. It's just wrong.
Indulgence is not for poor lasses like myself, I can't even afford a hundred quid for a new shoes let alone pink phones.

I would have thought discrimination at your age to be unlawful. Plus, you did not really contribute all that much, therefore I cannot apologise for "wasting your time". You have always been against me and my materialist gagets in the past, if its not mobile phones, its cars.
Lazy, I think you have a point, instead of buying one I should just confiscate from the year 10's. They can afford to lose a phone here and there if they can afford to bring one into school in the first place, innit.
