I had this for long time and tried taking many medications and shots for pain and muscle relaxation but nothing worked so I had to go through physical therapy. I still get it sometimes but not quiet as severe as it was before. I try to keep up with my exercise and correct posture and sometimes I slip and it comes back.

Gawwddd CG u suffered this too? Im amazed that this ailment comes to all , especially the young! I always associated it with being old .. but Im astonished at just how painful it can be. ALhamdolilah u guys are all rite- Pysiotherapy does work and also stretching and excercises- I really appreciate ur feedback and hope u too are all well and sciatica free!!!:k:

physical therepy…some people take shots…and some get surgery…it all depends on what ur doc/specialist says..so just do yourself a favor and make an appointment for it
