If you like Cetaphil, then its best to stick with it. Why fix something that’s not broken? For something different once or twice a week, you should look into oil cleansing method (OCM). I believe we do have a few other threads on it so a search on this forum or on Google should bring up plenty of information.

As for the oil, no, if you get a light oil such as Jojoba and apply a bit, it should not make your skin oily (Jojoba is also a cheap/great choice for OCM). But here’s what I’m wondering about…is your skin dry at all? Are there times when your skin feels dry? Because if your skin is oily ALL the time and never feels dry at all…then why do you need to apply a moisturizer every day AND night?

My skin does have dry patches. It’s oily in the T zone only. I guess I need to try these oils out.
