Baby has tiny red pimples on her cheeks did any of your babies get these..will they go themselves…any advice?

yup.. all newborns get them.. so dont worry.. they will go away on their own.. dont squeeze them nor rub them (not that u are :) ).. keep the skin clean.. moisturizing wont hurt so if u want u can, as its winter and quite dry.
my son got them too when he was around a month old.. went away in a months time ..
newborns gets pimples when they are around 3-4 weeks and it will become better ,the doctors said.

As others have said, it's pretty normal. If it persists, do ask the doctor about excema. My cousin's daughter had similar issues, turned out it was excema. The doctor recommended a really pure vaseline type cream and since then the baby's skin has been clear and rosy, mashAllah!

my daugther had them, its from harmones from mom's milk, they will go away soon.
