when did I say it makes it right! Both cases are on different levels by moral and legal standards, but it doesn't make ANY of these two acceptable. You tell me what you will find** more** disgusting? A person coming to you and TALKING about it or a couple DOING IT in front of you?
I am not discussing morality - moral standards can be more/less stringent based on a person's religious/cultural orientation. Case in point is homosexuality. Personally, I may not agree with it but if legal standards are more lax and make it acceptable/legal I will have to accept that.
What I find legally hypocritical here is that a couple can be arrested for kissing in public but soliciting/pimping publicly for prostitution is considered okay.
