Does anyone have the new pilates video the one that is advertised on TV? Its the one that makes a difference in 30 (supposedly)…if u have it let me know how it works. Thanks.

I don't know which one you are talking about, but I have Windsor Pilates and it works if you do it regularly and eat sensibly, but that goes with every exercise program you have to eat healthy in order for it to work :)

ya I am talking about the windsor pilates, but they have a newer version out. They use weights and the ball (i think) and they do a few other exercises. I want to know if anyone has that video.
